Three years since the COVID vaccine, we finally have significant legal challenges to address all the harm, the lies, and cover-ups.
Initially, many of us hailed the vaccines. I challenged COVID policy, but still believed the vaccines were what they claimed to be. In August 2021 our pediatrician said teenagers definitely should be vaccinated:
Why vaccinate teenagers? A few people asked this question recently. The simple answer is as follows. Although, teenagers are at very low risk for a problem, they are not at zero risk. The safety of the mRNA vaccines is excellent. Is it worth the off chance that your child loses his or her sense of taste and smell possibly for life or worse has a serious myocarditis from a natural infection? I am seeing these types of cases in clinic. It, as always, is a weighing experiment on the scales of risk. I find the risk of natural infection to far outweigh a vaccine event.
His tone has changed considerably since then.
During a post August 2021, I first raised the specter of a problematic vaccine. I recounted an interview of Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA technology (it was invented many years earlier, but was not used for vaccines until 2020), who urged caution regarding the vaccines. I was still sanguine regarding vaccines, but this was a “reason for pause”.
He discusses some of the limitations of the vaccines such as the lack of durability of the vaccines, the lack of efficacy in stopping infections and transmissibility (called leaky vaccines), the potential for the vaccines to actually enhance the deadliness of the virus (called ADE, Antibody Dependent Enhancement),our strategy for vaccinations (which he says needs to be more targeted), and something called escape mutants (sounds like science fiction, but apparently is not) along with his own thoughts about the origins of the virus.

The “lack of durability” was puzzling and troubling. I wanted to believe in the vaccines: they couldn’t be all bad. Still, Dr. Malone said vaccines lasted no more than six months before they had to be “boosted”, a term we would all become quite familiar with. The next two years we were told booster after booster was needed to sustain us. What kind of money-making scheme had this turned into?
CDC Director Rochelle Walensky and Dr. Anthony Fauci consistently claimed the vaccines were effective, but overwhelming empirical evidence (along with a host of highly accredited doctors) contradicted them. With literally tens of thousands of COVID variants, vaccines were quickly overwhelmed. How could a single vaccine be effective against a virus mutating every few days? By June 2022, the New England Journal of Medicine said immunizations were no longer helpful, something we could already see for ourselves:

These data show that the BA.2.12.1, BA.4, and BA.5 subvariants substantially escape neutralizing antibodies induced by both vaccination and infection.
Lack of effectiveness is one thing. We often take ineffective medications or supplements, but we rely on our government to at least ensure treatments are safe. Take shark fin if you like, but at least it is not harmful. By July 2022, we heard numerous safety concerns, concerns that shattered our initial optimism regarding vaccines:

For minors, the risk of a serious side effect from the vaccine is at least 22 times greater than the risk of death from COVID itself (probably significantly more). If your child is healthy, the risk of vaccination is more than 100 times greater.
We have since learned the pharmaceutical companies didn’t test for transmissibility, didn’t follow-up with clinical trial participants, didn’t report the troubling data found, tried to suppress the release of clinical studies for 78 years, and more. Injured Parties
Critics say folks like me further a false narrative, a narrative designed to discourage people from taking vaccines, a narrative designed to hurt one political party. Yet, more than 80% of Americans, widely representing all political parties, received at least one dose. My wife and I took two vaccine doses, but I am skeptical now because I contracted COVID anyway (as did countless others). What exactly do you say about a vaccine that doesn’t do its primary function and harms more than it helps?
We were lied to by those we should have been able to trust. Big Pharma is at the top of the naughty list. In Davos, Switzerland in 2023, Rebel News, caught up with Pfizer CEO, Dr. Albert Bourla. Dr. Bourla does not answer one single question. He does not deny any accusations. He does not offer any excuses. He does not ask reporters to contact his office later. He appears afraid to speak.
There must be accountability. Dr. Fauci, and Dr. Bourla are prolific serial killers. I listened to Dr. Fauci initially. I believe nothing he says any longer.
Earlier this year, I wrote of the Florida grand jury investigating COVID policy florida-grand-jury-speaks. They have heard testimony for more than a year now. They provided an initial report of findings, but continue to meet. I look for indictments from such a comprehensive investigation.

A few weeks ago, I wrote of Brianna Dressen, a participant in an AstraZeneca clinical trial; she has found an avenue to bring suit. She developed symptoms within hours of being vaccinated and they grew progressively worse. Dr. Campbell who interviewed her said “it the worst adverse reaction” he has ever heard of. ” Campbell-interviews-Utah-Nurse-Suing. She will never recover and will be stricken with numerous difficulties and extensive medical expenses the rest of her life.
She is suing Astra Zeneca for breach of contract, a failure to reimburse her per the agreement they entered into in 2020. She is apparently the first individual harmed to bring Big Pharma into court.
Dr. Campbell also interviewed Kyle Warner, former mountain biker champion, who had a years long recovery after vaccination. Kyle says he has heard from many others with similar stories and Dr. Campbell confirms: “We are getting this story from all around the world. This is definitely a recognized symptom now.”
Kyle, like millions injured by vaccines is unable to sue the pharmaceutical companies. However, he is trying to bring change before the next crisis. In 2020, when everyone was panicked over COVID, the U.S. government eliminated liability for pharmaceutical companies, so they could be unhindered from saving us all with a magical vaccine. Well, the vaccine was not so magical, but the liability protection has remained. Kyle meanwhile has experienced the insane politics of COVID policy as he seeks to enlighten.
Empirical Evidence
It is clear these two suffered as a direct result of the vaccines, but countless other stories have never been told. I know a couple others who suffered injuries shortly after being vaccinated. How many others, especially young and healthy individuals, suffered a sudden and unexplained, sometimes fatal, complication in the last three years?
V-SAFE is a program in which volunteers reported vaccination problems directly to the CDC. Almost ten million registered with V-SAFE during the peak of COVID vaccinations. More than 7% of those registered reported serious adverse reactions via V-SAFE. Why Did the CDC Conceal V-safe Data? – Children’s Health Defense California Chapter (childrenshealthdefense.org). This rate translates to almost 20 million Americans experiencing major vaccine side effects. V-SAFE results aligned with a similar finding from a 2022 Rasmussen study:
Sixty-eight percent (68%) of adults say they’ve gotten a COVID-19 vaccination, and a majority (56%) of vaccinated adults report no side effects from the vaccine. Thirty-four percent (34%) say they had minor side effects and seven percent (7%) reported major side effects from the vaccine.
More than a year ago, I chronicled dozens of stories of young athletes who either died suddenly or had near-death experiences. Such experiences have happened to others before COVID vaccinations, but at nowhere near the rate we have seen since 2021. excess-deaths-and-athletes-collapsing
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics showed an increase in disabilities among U.S. workers beginning in early 2021, coincidental with the start of wide-spread vaccine distribution. Is it just another unexplained coincidence?
Certainly, COVID vaccines do not explain all medical problems, but when we are continually told to look away, we sense something is being concealed. When we are told children, who experienced minimal deaths from COVID, must be vaccinated starting at six months, we wonder who (other than children) is actually benefitting. Those under 30 account for fewer than 1% of all COVID deaths. In fact, almost half of all COVID deaths were those over 75. Yet our government still today says we should ALL be vaccinated (and repeatedly boosted)?
Dr. Fauci talked with Rachel Maddow earlier this month and said again vaccines saved millions of lives, and our concerns are unjustified. His tune never changes despite evidence to the contrary.
Dr. Brett Weinstein, an evolutionary biologist (interviewed by Tucker Carlson) makes the claim COVID vaccines killed 17 million. Certainly, one-channel media doubts this claim. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3nXJB5PoBM.
This number does seem incredible. Is this even possible? Excess deaths worldwide remained stubbornly high (in highly vaccinated countries) from 2021 through 2023. Media has flailed trying to provide an alternate explanation.

Though they are unsure of what is causing a dangerous rise in excess deaths, British media and “medical experts” have conclusively ruled out COVID-19 vaccines as a possible cause.
“Experts” don’t know what it is, but they say is not the vaccine. Go figure. Last August, MP Andrew Bridgen asked the UK parliament a simple question: “Why can’t legislators have a debate on the issue of excess deaths in the UK?” He was stonewalled the entire year.
Let’s examine the numbers further. Bloomberg News reported 12.7 billion vaccines were administered through late 2022. If we round up to 13 billion to account for the last year, and 7% of those 13 billion shots caused severe harm (per the numbers above), and 1.9% (1 in 52) of those severely harmed by vaccines eventually died of their injury, we arrive at roughly 17 million dead. This is not a rigorous proof, but these numbers are plausible. Why not investigate further and stop stonewalling? Is it not worthy of investigation?
The 17 million dead number translates to 1 in every 475 people on the planet dying from the COVID vaccine. Do you know 475 people yourself? How well do you know them? Maybe you know one person who died from the vaccine, probably not many more. I know one who suspected it.
Do we even need a number like 17 million to be outraged? Wouldn’t a million vaccine fatalities and millions more severely harmed be cause enough for outrage?
Dr. Fauci, on the other hand, claimed vaccines saved millions of lives. Yet (per the CDC), they didn’t stop transmission and didn’t prevent illness. Further, the disease was not fatal for many demographics. Did it actually save millions?
Two Landmark Cases: LA Teachers and Kansas AG Sue
Dr. Fauci’s assertion does not garner the same level of media skepticism as Dr. Weinstein’s, but which of these two claims (if either) is true? Perhaps we will soon see more evidence. The justice system is finally coming alive with regard to this matter.
Mrs. Dressen found an avenue to sue AstraZeneca. Two other upcoming legal battles also put the vaccine and Big Pharma on trial.
Los Angeles teachers have sued the LA Unified school district for mandating vaccines. The Ninth Circuit court of Appeals paved the way for a trial which could begin later this year:

The judges in the majority wrote this case was different because they found L.A. Unified demonstrated a pattern of “withdrawing and reinstating its vaccination policies” over the course of the lawsuit.
“Accordingly, LAUSD has not carried its heavy burden to show that there is no reasonable possibility that it will again revert to imposing a similar policy,” the opinion states wrote.
They also indicated they were open to arguments over the effectiveness of the vaccine, which the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention describes as a safe way to build immunity against COVID-19.
“At this stage, we must accept Plaintiffs’ allegations that the vaccine does not prevent the spread of COVID-19 as true,” Judge Ryan Nelson wrote. The opinion characterizes that aspect of the ruling as preliminary, and something that would be argued at a lower court.
The LA school district will likely rely on judicial precedence. The state’s power to compel vaccination was affirmed by a 1905 Supreme Court decision.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws.
The Court held that “in every well ordered society charged with the duty of conserving the safety of its members the rights of the individual in respect of his liberty may at times, under the pressure of great dangers, be subjected to such restraint, to be enforced by reasonable regulations, as the safety of the general public may demand.”
The 1905 decision followed a smallpox outbreak in 1903-04; it affirmed the legislature could mandate a vaccine to protect general public safety.
However, there is a wrinkle. The Ninth Circuit ruled the government cannot compel vaccination arbitrarily. There must be a basis for the government’s actions. In other words, government must perform due diligence; it cannot force a medical intervention without evidence of the vaccine’s effectiveness and without showing it provides general protection to society.
The burden of proof rests now on the LA school district. If they cannot demonstrate the vaccine prevented transmission, they cannot use the 1905 precedent as justification for mandating vaccines (or mandating anything else: masks, lockdowns, etc. which also were proven ineffective)–and they would lose this case. This would also mean vaccine mandates would require far more rigor in the future.
This is the event we have been waiting for. The defendants admit already the vaccine did not stop transmission; they call it a therapeutic, not a vaccine, totally consistent with all we know now. What else could they say given the vaccine’s egregious underperformance for three years? If justice prevails, we should have no doubt of the decision.
How will it be when Dr. Fauci, Dr. Walensky, and others at CDC, FDA, NIH, etc. are deposed during the LA school district trial? How much more damning evidence, hidden to this point, will be revealed? Will those who continue to advocate for vaccines (public officials and media especially) finally be exposed?
In October 2022, Dr. Fauci himself was deposed for eight hours during an investigation (into government collaboration with social media) by the states of Missouri and Louisiana. This event did not draw much attention (Dr. Fauci himself was not on trial, after all), but the testimony did not go well. How could it? The record is so bad, nobody could legitimately defend it .
According to the transcript, Dr. Fauci said “I don’t recall” 174 times, including when asked about emails that he sent, interviews that he gave, and other important information.

In eight hours, Dr. Fauci did not recall facts in 174 instances. That’s more than 21 instances per hour. He couldn’t go more than a few minutes without having to be reminded of his own actions by the investigators themselves.
The other significant COVID case this year is out of Kansas. Kansas Attorney General Kris Kolbach lays out a plain language case against Pfizer. If proven in court, it is another game changer. Kris-Kolbach-Speaks
- Pfizer tracked 458 pregnant women who received the vaccine. More than half had adverse reactions, and 10% had a miscarriage, many within days of vaccination. Lab studies, prior to human trials, also showed the vaccine was linked to infertility, loss of litters, and stillborn offspring.
- Pfizer denied any connection between the vaccine and myocarditis even after billions of doses were administered, even after studies by others contradicted this result.
- Pfizer claimed the vaccine was effective while concealing serious adverse events.
- Pfizer claimed the vaccine would prevent transmission, but never tested or studied this effect.
The suit also alleges:
- Pfizer sought to censor speech questioning their claims, collaborating with social media.
- Pfizer destroyed data so comparisons could not be made over time.
- Pfizer was to follow clinical trial participants for two years, but did not (the same treatment Brianna Dressen received from AstraZeneca).
- Pfizer evaded FOIA request, just as the doctor from NIH admitted to Congress last month covid-vaccine-games
Let Pfizer address these charges. If specious, the Republican hoax to discredit Democrat’s COVID policy will be revealed. If proven, COVID’s $75 billion gambit will be laid bare: victims can recoup losses and we will prevent a repeat for the next pandemic (which will surely come).
Are these charges specious or not? Let’s put them to the ultimate test.
Seek the Truth 
Way back in 2020 I took the pandemic seriously and about a month later became sceptical when only one side of the issue was allowed to be spoken about. Here in Australia they screwed the entire country with the worst lockdowns, restrictions and enforcement of a narrative in the entire world. I am glad all these years later I am unvaccinated and still alive after three bouts of covid given that with my multiple health conditions I was told I would be dead if I got it just once. Go Figure!

My wife and I were vaccinated in 2021 and thankfully not harmed, but many others were. My wife regrets still the choice she made. We were skeptical enough not to vaccinate our kids. I just couldn’t see the benefit in doing that, and the government’s insistence on vaccinating kids and keeping schools closed made me realize they were lying to us the whole time.
